KINGS OF THRACE. Seuthes III, circa 323-316 BC. AE (Bronze, 20 mm, 6.78 g, 6 h), uncertain mint in Thrace (Seuthopolis?). Laureate head of Seuthes III to right. Rev. ΣEYΘ[OY] Horseman riding right; below, star. Jurukova 75. Peter p. 182. Topalov 116. An unusually nice example of excellent style and with beautiful green patina. Traces of overstriking on the obverse and with the reverse slightly off center, otherwise, good very fine.
